The company, headquartered in Bad Soden am Taunus/Germany, recently reported that it had increased the proportion of women in its first and second levels of management to 27 percent in 2023. Messer is committed to have 30 percent of women at first and second management level by 2030. In terms of women in senior management, Messer has reached a proportion of 40 percent women on the executive management board. On Messer's supervisory board, which Stefan Messer chairs, the proportion of women is even higher, at over 50 percent.
